Original 1940 Packard Super One-Ten and One-Twenty Models 1800 and 1801. Inside of front cover states that this is the Second Edition - 25M-9-39.

Manual gives Driving, Care, Adjustment and Emergency Data for the Packard 1800 and 1801 Cars Beginning Engine No. C-1501 No. C-300,001 Owners Manual.

It is in very good to excellent condition in it's original packaging envelope. The only issue I see with the manual is the original owner cut the top of the front cover to show the name.  The interior is spotless bright and clean. It appears to be always to have been kept in the sleeve. That outer protector does show some soiling and wear and tear due to handling, shuffling and use.
