Bright clean unmarked pages with wonderful line drawings and illustrations. Guttorm Hansen has gathered cheerful episodes and striking replicas from a long life in politics, both at the local level and in our national assembly. Admittedly, it is not so often the humor is released in the Stortingssalen itself, but Guttorm Hansen also takes us to more informal forums, such as the Storting restaurant and corridors, where the wit and irony are given several freer reins in addition to the former parliamentary president of some visits abroad, such as In the British Parliament and the American Congress, where the lap is probably harsher than here at home.
