The steam engine is powered by air from a balloon but the function is that of a real steam engine. Comprehensive instructions for cutting and assembling the pieces. Made to last out of heavy card stock.

Add a rubber band, paper clips, toothpick, pen, needle box cutter, ruler, sandpaper, graphite, blue, scissors, pliers and cutting glue to make the model and a balloon to power the engine. The book explains how to assemble the model and the principles behind its working. It is illustrated in black and white and black and red illustrations.

Again, wonderful condition for the age. Perfect for the hobbiest or science buff.
