Mei Mei type vintage Chinese Asian doll 1940's

Dating from the 1940's or 50's. This doll was purchased by the parents of original owner when they were on a mission in Japan and China after World War 2. Handmade cloth doll is approx. 14" in size. Very good condition with satin clothes.
